If it shows "processing" it means that the eSchedule server has not processed the request(s) yet. Your supervisor may have already approved or declined your request in the system but eSchedule usually won't post/update that decision until it processes the new schedule on Saturday afternoon...
whoever writes your schedule ask them. I put in a request and it sat there 'processing' for 3 months. Put in a written request but the schedule writer claims she will get around to it but never does because she 'forgets' soo I just gave up. she only grants request for the people that are friends with her daughter.
i scheduled a day off next week and for the past 3 days it has said "processing"
so do i have the day off or not?
You'll have to wait until the schedule actually comes out, they generally don't update the E-shedule in real time, infact the paper schedules are still faster and more accurate for the most part. If your not sure, I'd ask a manager if they received your request.
