I work at a Krogers in Cincinnati,Ohio and also work Produce. Everyone in my Dept is Full time including me and I have the Lowest Senority only being there for a Year and some months. I was being Kept under the Required Hours of 34 Consective Hours a week (to become fulltime) and was only Given 30 Almost a Full 5-6 Months. I really feel Mgmt was Trying to Keep Atleast one part time worker back there. But now im Full time im still Given the same 30 Hours a Week And its not by our Produce manager. He Gives us 35-40hours and by 3pm the Store Manager Changes it Constanly. I know its in the rule Book thats Mgmt can make corrections But when he does We have Harder days. It takes a team and it seem like he dont really care. Our union Rep Caught him Doing some Greivance type stuff and he just seem to Weasal out of it. We file Greivances and Hours get Cut and We are In a Dept Hole. Its some really Underground Foul Things Happening. But i heard The Min hours given is everyone from 12-34

1: But i really want to know what is the Min hours a Employee can get Being a Full time worker at a Cincinnati/Dayton Krogers.

2: What is it called When a Personal Vendetta Is taken out on a Worker By Mgmt When a Grievance is Filed?

I can help you there my friend. The term you are seeking to the second part of your question is called "The whistle blower act" It is a LAW that no employer can mistreat their employees after a grievance is filed. If you can document this trend or show documentation of when it has happened, you have a huge lawsuit on your hands. If a boss lowers hours, treats a person different, or expresses any other negative behavior toward an employee after they file a complaint, it is grounds for that boss to be terminated.

Sorry this was not all in one post. Take a look at that site. You will find all the information I gave you and more. I am so sorry you were wronged and have gone through this. You seem like a hard worker and I hope you end up with the treatment you deserve!
