Well we got bit in the butt Black Friday.  We had a note hanging near the time clock stating that employees wanting off Friday and Saturday should talk to management and they could probably get those days off since they expected it to be slow.  Well guess what?  It wasn't.  Friday would've been a slow day if we had enough help, but since so many people were given the extra time off, after all the sales were over in the afternoon, we got slammed.  Not sure about Saturday, but several were given that day off too.  I already had it scheduled off so I don't know, but I bet we got slammed due to lack of help again.
