Talk to your department head and/or manager to get it resolved. You might not be entered into the system properly.

I did this once. Just tell someone that works in your store's office and they would set you up with a new password. Easy peasy

Alternatively, you can contact your congressman and say other sites are following healthcare.gov's bad example and you demand a do-over.

If you try to log in 3 times incorrectly, you are locked out. You need to change your password.

i got locked out for no reason. i was logged in and i hit eschedule then i wouldn't let me see what i work. SO i thought ill just exit the page and sign back in . NOPE. the website gave me the middle finger and said i had been locked out no reason.
