Can I request one while on probation? My family has an annual cookie thing for Christmas and this year it's on the 22nd. Wondering if I could request the day off even though I've only been there about a month.

Well I'm not sure what you're asking. Do you want a personal day or just want the day off? If you just need the day off, yes you can do that. If you're asking about a paid personal day, no you can't do that until you get them at your year anniversary.
You don't have a personal day yet but yes you can always make requests. You can do it by logging into the eschedule site, and click on My Time Off at the top.
