Anyone notice that the words "schedule" and "Eschedule" have popped up on the threads a lot more in the past few months, and most of the threads have been fairly negative about the whole thing. And it never used to be this way! Don't you just long for the days when the biggest complaints had to do with either managers or customers?
Who knows? Maybe it's like a smokescreen to get our minds off of the REAL problems in the world...Like someone was thinking, "Let's put this e-schedule thing out there, and drive EVERYBODY nuts!!!"
Eschedule isn't going anywhere so people might as well get used to it. Just work your shift. If your shorthanded get over it. If you don't like your shift get over it. If you don't like that full timers must have full availability get over it.. Its the same as key retailing they will keep it regardless of how well or how well it doesn't work.
Well after they get hundreds complaints on customer service then they will dump it!!!!!!!!!
Nope. It's been around for a few years already and it's not going anywhere. There is little wrong with the system itself. The problem lies with the people who operate it and are not spending enough time anymore writing a quality schedule.
