i did the drop in pay was and still is tough but the stress relief was worth in my case. I miss the ability to be able to make schedule was the only perk i missed if u can afford or adapt to the drop in pay i believe it is worth it or it was in my case, just remember when u step down they can send u to another store if they can not find a full time spot in your store, as in many stores full time people are a bad word and many stores rather have a little full timers as possible just from my experience hope it helps
