Managers are not supposed to order grocery.  Ask your shop steward for specifics.

My manager did a special order after the big snowstorm but hasn't ordered before or since.  Might have come under an emergency situation.

As for oos, I think that is something new the managers are doing.  It is not the prime time review or order review, it is something else.  But, yes, my manager and comanagers come in in the morning about 8am(after the grocery order has closed) to scan all the oos for the entire store.  I saw someone doing the scan one day and I am not sure who it was.  Might have been the regional grocery supervisor.
