our department head is very untrustworthy. she had changed our pack count on cigarettes. she was caught doing this. she recently was yelling at an elderly customer and arguing with him. i witnessed this. we have filed a grievance last year that had no results. she picks on the elderly all the time. luckily this time his grandaughter witnessed and complained to store manager. she got  a 6 hr suspension and was sent home. we are in the fuelcenter. i am at the end of my rope at what to do. she is very lazy and does nothing but keep trouble stirred up. she lays any shortages off on the next shift by miscounting her pan to you and then your short this has also been proven. they simply dont want to fire her. she has sued them twice previously. what do we do?
