Does anyone have the new contract book handy that tells who you get the paid day's off for? I know they included brother and sister-in-laws now. Need to know about nephews and nieces? Thanks

For Michigan, it's 3 days leave (3 more optional w/o pay). Death must be of an immediate family member which includes: employee's and/or spouses parents, step-parents, brother-in-law, brother, sister, sister-in-law, wife, husband, children, step children, foster children, and grandchildren.

You need to find someone in your store who had knowledge of your specific contract because they vary widely.
