I feel bad for a hand full of employees most of them are miserable and hate life. Why is that? Publix on the other hand is 100 times better and cleaner. kroger has the most dirty stores I have ever been in.
Because Publix is owned by employees, Kroger is owned by shareholders. So Publix actually gives a damn about the people who work there, which means employees put in the extra effort, whereas Kroger tries its best to pay as little as possible for as much work as they can squeeze out of you.
