I feel that my boss put me non-rehireable for a krogers, but i can't be sure.

another manager said that non-rehireable is given by managers. it is not in the work file but is a red flag when a perspective manager brings up the job application for the non-rehireable candidate.

how can one find out if they were posted non-rehireable?

You would have to ask the hiring person at a store. Or anyone who has access to unicrew.

I wouldn't put too much time in this.  We have a guy who was a drug user and quit and came back now he's a meat manager/drug user.  If you decided to come back do more than fill out an app. talk to people and give a bogus story about how you didn't realize what a great company Kroger was when I was younger blah blah blah bs bs.

Really, dont worry about such crazyness, go in and do your job well. Always remember the 2 cardinal rules that the union cannot help you with if you are a violator......dont steal Krogers time or money......this was shared with me by the file lead and union steward.
