So my store manager changes the schedule I wrote. Then I'm informed by a cashier that the overnight cashier is not scheduled one night. I told the co manager who formed me I need to fix it. I told him no I didn't do it it's not my problem. I keep a copy of my schedule that I write for cases like this. The co manager said that I would get wrote up if i didn't fix this. I said good luck with that and walked away. Anyone else got stories like this
Samething happened to me, but no write up. I just added overtime and didn't tell them. If they change the schedule they should make sure they replace ****s.
Tell the co-manager to talk to his boss. Man what a waste Kroger management is. The co-manager doesn't mind pissing you off but won't touch anything with his boss?
God forbid they make an executive decision. The whole kroger empire would just crumble. Brought down by 8 hours of overtime.
Especially when you know there will be a solid 2 to 4 call ins freeing up about 20 hours. By the way Kroger it's not like any of us get time and a half unless we pass 40 hours or work a 6th/7th day depending on contract. So quit thinking that every cashier is going to get OT on the top payscale if they happen to clock out 10 minutes late.
