i am currently a courtesy clerk, I've heard I will be paid for my training. But how come no one has mentioned how to pay me yet ? Or any of the other new clerks? I have direct deposit & I have the form to allow Kroger to pay me this way but no one has answered how they will pay us. Are these the average number of hours for clerk ? Anyone know the avg salary CC's make? No one has answered these questions at my workplace. I'm Confused.
It says you work for free for the first 6 months. Then, you make minimum wage after that.

You need to ask whoever hired you or does payroll. Usually, they are also a customer service manager. If not, then ask a store manager your questions.
You started yesterday. So, you will not get your first paycheck until next Friday, not this Friday. It should be at the customer service desk. Once you get direct deposit set-up, it will be deposited in your account on Thursday morning. That is how our store works atleast.
You should have clocked in for training. You should be clocking in and out for whenever you work. The person who interviewed you and hired you should be able to help you set-up direct deposit.
You should get a UEID. Your initials with 5 numbers. With that, you can log into the Kroger website and see your paycheck and set-up direct deposit.
9pm and 10pm is kinda late for a high school student. The amount of hours for the week are normal. Volunteer for hours and answer if they call you in is the only way to get more hours.
Generally, kroger is trying to keep all part timers under 24 hours a week. Student courtesy clerk probably less.
