On your expresshr profile, What does 20 mean next to where it says current job step?
Does it mean I'm going to move up to another position or promotion.

That would require it meaning something to us.
Job step just means how much you're getting paid. Like if you're on 20 you might be getting a nickel over minimum wage, and if you get to 30 you'll get like 20 cents above minimum wage. Meaningless to employees.
