I finally got fed up w the store I Worked at back July of 2013 and after numerous requests of transfers of stores or even depts. nothing was never done. So yea I walked out. Later on of course regretting it. So I put my app in online two weeks ago and 2 days later I had 2 stores call me for orientation but the MR says I'm not rehireable. NOT STORE MAMAGEMENT THE MR!! well I still got calls from other stores and from my 1 app 6 stores in that district have called me and I told them that the MR won't let me work there!!!! Overall I was a great employee for many years even in management positions.. Any suggestions ??? I thought it was the Store Management decision?? And if I wasn't "rehireable" why can I feel a app out online??

Because the application doesn't check beforehand if you're rehireable or not. It's just a form.

"So yea I walked out."

^ Did you literally walk off the job (abandonment) or quit? Only the former should trigger a no-rehire.

It's a long story but basically my schedule said 8a.m. .. Dept head called me at home at 6:45 a.m needed me there at 7 a.m. And I had to take someone else to work on my way so I said no I will b there at 8 and he started his trash talking like Kroger management does and on my way to work replaying that call over and over in my head I just turned back around and didn't show at all... So what's the verdict?? Should I call store management ??

I would call management and let them know what's up. Be prepared for him "getting even" for turning him in. Though with you not showing up and taking it upon yourself on not coming in, can and will work against you.

So you just abandoned your job and never showed up again because of a phone call.  What a douchebag.  I wouldn't rehire you either.
