Ok so i've had insurance for about a year. You have to have an average of 25 hours a week to keep it.
After Christmas, I had some weeks where I only got about 20 hours. But I thought everything was fine because nothing ever came in the mail and i kept paying my $6 a week.
Today I got something in the mail that says, as of 2/28, my insurance coverage was stopped and that I can enroll in COBRA for $400. (is that monthly or yearly?)
I'm not going to do that. They're still taking money out every week anyway, they are on this week's pay stub as well.
I'm going to call tomorrow. but wtf is going on? I've had 28+ hours for the last 4-6 weeks or so. This increased my average back up.
And of course they send me all this stuff after the March 31st insurance deadline. So am I screwed or am i misinterpreting all this crap?
