Store feedback

So sometimes I shop at the Kroger I work at. There are many things that bother me at this store... like rude cashiers, mispriced items (especially things I don't buy on a normal basis but would if they were on a good sale). I want to give feedback and tell the store they suck and the management things they need to improve on (I don't know the management well at all other than my own supervisor)... but when I try to do that on the Kroger Customer Satisfaction survey, It asks for my receipt number etc... I feel like they can track me and make it difficult for me.

Can they do this? Is there anyway I can make this anonymous? I just hate picking something up because it seems like a good price, going to the register only to find out it's NOT on sale and the cashiers go from annoying to rude because they have to put that stuff back. And they give me dirty looks like why am I trying to buy something I can't afford (which is true.. I can't when it's not on a sale).

How do you deal with this? I don't even know any of the cashiers and I don't want to keep calling the manager to give me the price listed on the yellow sale tags.

I'm not sure if it's like this in every division but here there's a survey that Associate's can do now. Now, I suppose if they wanted to they could track the card number of whoever used it but whatever, i'd just say what you want to say anyway :P

I would tell the cashier how you feel.  Tell them you don't deserve to be treated that way.  If it doesn't stop find their supervisor and report them.   I have an ongoing problem with one of my floor supervisors at work.  I reported her and it got better for awhile, but it's time for another report I think!

Go to another Kroger and get a new Kroger card, except don't fill out the form.

You still get the benefits and points for said card. You can also do those receipt surveys that give fuel points.

^ You don't get the 10% discount either.

in the hiring paperwork you agreed not to use another kroger card.  the associate cards are tracked closely by loss prevention if you suddenly stopped using it it could raise a flag

Who said that I've stopped using mine? I use both.

If I'm getting items that aren't Kroger brand, there's no reason for me to use my employee card. No point in doing so. Same if they're markdowns, since we don't get discounts from those.

Anyway, what the OP was asking about was for a method to be able to fill out a survey with a receipt. All he has to do is buy a pack of gum with that other Kroger card.

Check your receipts - I get my employee discount on markdowns if they are Kroger brand.

Not in our division, unfortunately. We only get the discount from it's regular or sale price, not markdowns.
