Does anyone know how to print out operator performance reports on the new touch-screen registers?

We're a new store, just opened up in early December 2013.

Yeah, that's what I was looking for, anon. Thanks. blankstare

We've had them for quite some time now and there is no way to check one's operator performance on the spot like with the keyboards. This data is still accessible though to the CSM/ACSM and others that have access via other terminals, so reports such as the weekly ones are still printed and posted at the discretion of the CSM and/or management. It's a peculiar omission to be sure considering the importance of speed and the role speed plays in Que Vision compliance, but I know a lot of cashiers on the front end are positively thrilled supervisors and the CSM can no longer complain to them every hour about their numbers. Where I'm at, ring tender effective rate is pretty poor, with only a few individuals typically scoring over 90%, so you can imagine how relieved the majority were when the touch screens were installed and it was revealed printing out one's numbers was no longer possible!

Our front end manager only posts the weekly/bi-weekly report thing. I just thought it'd be nice to know my own numbers like items per minute or whatever cause I'm in the top five a lot. Just curious. Thanks y'all! smile
