Is this normal? I was wearing a sweatshirt to work all winter - the standard black one with a zipper. Today was chilly (the temp was in the 50s and we work right near the door) so I was wearing my sweatshirt and the manager comes over and tells me "it's too warm to be wearing a sweatshirt, take it off!" What in the world? None of the other managers have said anything.
I don't see what the issue is here. Is some customer going to see me in my sweatshirt in May and become so offended that they'll never shop at Kroger again?? People in the front end were wearing sweatshirts too.
At our store we're allowed to wear a sweatshirt as long as it's black and has a zipper (and is unzipped so your uniform shows.) The way I'm wearing it isn't the problem, since I've been wearing sweatshirts since November.
