The standard answer is it's in your contract book. Under my contract, there is no difference in pay.
Depends on your contract.
In my store, If I am back-up for a few days during the week, I get my regular pay. If I am back-up while my night grocery manager is on vacation, I get his payrate. The $4 per hour extra is nice!
