Really want to thank the persons responsible for the latest pharmacy computer upgrades.......just one thing......join me when I have to explain why customers are not getting their refills because the auto refill system has fallen flat on its behind many times in the last week....hats off to you all.....wish you were looking into these customers faces....Really thanks for nothing.

We haven't had issues with auto refill, but we've had a ton of problems with people calling in their refills and the system not putting them through.

Then there's the call center. If you don't have it, consider yourself lucky.
