Ok so I just checked my paystub for tomorrow's check and they only gave me 32 hours instead of 40.
One day when I tried clocking in it said schedule not found, and i told the HR person and she said she put it in the computer as me working 1-9 that day. I don't think it made it's way onto the paycheck though.
So now what? I worked 40 and they're only paying me for 32 hours. I could really use that extra $50 tomorrow. I don't even know if she can fix it that quick. ugh.
No, things normally have to be fixed by sometime on tues to process by payday. As for getting it fixed, anyone with kronos access in your store can fix it, but it won't show up til next payday, unless they did mess up and decide to pay you the diff as a pay advance, but it's not guaranteed.
"schedule not found" means you were not put into the clock schedule and were ring restricted. You needed to get an override by a CSM. If no over ride, then write it down in the time clock corrections book.
fwiw, I have had 2 overrides with the new time clock. The promps said everything was ok but didn't work thru the shift.
Sorry, you will need to wait until next payday. I would write it in the correction book to make sure it gets on the next paycheck.
Talk to a co-manager. If I recall correctly your ARM is pretty new herself, so she might have done it wrong. You have a couple new co's going to your store come Monday....talk to the younger one. He is awesome and will help you.
Lmao at you knowing all this but yes two of our co's are leaving this week (i'm sad about one leaving, she's going to Austin Landing, i feel sorry for her) but i'm glad that one of them is awesome.
And she got it solved for me supposedly. So woo for having a 48 hour check next week, lol.
I get a wealth of info from my co's, unfortunately my sources are now down to one....since you're getting my other. Lol it also helps we have no drama so they don't see us as problems and will talk to us. Good thing you got it figured out..mo'Money, yo!
