What I heard per a union steward is that insurance will be increased by $1.50/week and that there will be a $1.00 raise spread out over 3 years. I also heard that they would be getting rid of Status I/Status III designations and you will be either full-time or part-time.
Last thing I was told was that the contract was pretty much done except for a few little things. Other than that, I haven't heard anything else.
What is the current difference between Status 1 and Status 3 benefits?
Does that mean that every full timer will get the Status 1 benefits, or, more likely, the Status 3 ones?
and i'm sure this means part timers will still have no shot at getting full time. And an insurance increase? Fantastic. -_-
