Ok, my name is not Ms. White. I made it up. But at least I have a name on here. It's annoying to read these posts with anonymous after anonymous posting. Geesh, now hard could it be too make something up?
There is no need to hate on the anons. It's their choice to get a name or not. I'm unsure as to why you believe it's necessary for them to have an account just to vent a little anger or frustration, like the rest of us. It's not hard to tell the anons apart you get to know them quite well as individuals even with their Guy Fawkes masks.

I tried about 6 months ago and 2 minutes ago to sign up for an account. I clicked link in upper right "New Account". Fill out info. But, there is no button to submit request. How do I get an account if there is not a submit button?

What browser are you using? If Firefox/Chrome: Do you have NoScript installed? Make sure that activeboard.com isn't being blocked.
When i took a look at it the button has the text "Register Now". After you finish inputting the data you can always press Enter to submit it.

I use IE8. I have been getting messages from different sites that the browser is no longer supported but I don't feel like changing just yet! I opened up the spare Firefox browser and it worked fine.
And, I was just getting good at reading the security letters.
