Yesterday I head into work and as I'm heading into the store I get a call asking where I'm at, I was supposed to be there at 8. Well I had written my schedule down but lost it and when I checked e-scedule it said I worked 8:30-5. Well I stayed to 5 to get my hours. My question is if e-schedule isn't going to match the master schedule in the break room, then why post it online? Seems like a waste of time and money to me?
E-schedule is wonderful. How dare you say anything bad about E-schedule. Afterall, it used to take about 45 minutes to make out the schedule. With E-schedule, it now takes 3 hours. Now that's progress.
Our schedule is posted Friday at noon in the store. Everyone has a chance to claim hours, trade shifts etc. before the final schedule is posted online at noon on Saturday.
