Question about vacation pay

I am quitting my job on July 31st because I got a new job and since I recently just got my week paid vacation because I have been here for a year. Since I am taking my vacation week next week should I still put my two weeks in before I go on my vacation? Will the still give me my vacation week or will I be screwed? My other option it's to wait until after my vacation week but either way I can not work after July 31st.

Yes, put in your 2 weeks before you go. They have to give you your vacation pay.
