Well I passed my 1 year mark at Kroger and jut a few weeks after I went on sick leave because I have Juvenile unconvulsive epilepsy and the weather would only trigger these episodes. I have my vacation scheduled in a few weeks but I doubt I'll be back to work by then. Will they still give me my vacation pay or hold it until I come back to work?

Damn, they'll diagnose anybody with anything as long as they can get the money.

they will probably pay it out. call your hr person to find out for sure.

They should be able to pay it out.

I have a coworker who took her vacation week while on her sick leave.
