I'm currently a general clerk, but my manager asked to work overnight this week as a Grocery stocker. do overnight people get paid more than general clerks?
$.30 an hour extra for hours before 6am here in Mi. Supposed to be all the hours if they are more than half before 6am. Not sure if it applies to you for a week as a temp.
Here in Cincy/Dayton, any hours worked after 10 you automatically get the premium. Once when we closed at 10, I clocked out at like 10:15 and had a whole 15 minutes pay at the night premium rate.
It's 65c per hour premium in ATL. I can't tell you the hours that covers because some weeks I see it and don't know why. Maybe it's not 11-7 now. could start at 10?
