My Store Manager was really drilling down on me about the Pre-Prime-Time Review being bad. I scan the empty holes, watch out for multiple facings of certain items, watch for items that may be hiding nearby. I just scan them. Was there something I missed?
sounds good to me. i just fill as many holes as i can and zero out everything else. about 60% of anything on the report is likely on a display. If you have a BOH of 150 for strawberry cream cheese, then CAO won't order anymore unless you override that. Always check your minimums too, because these can have a huge impact on holes.
