the  managers talk    to u any way they feel like  and think its ok. but its not. why do they think its ok.  what would u do if the manager told u he would fire u if u missed time again even if u had a doctors note. and called u lazy, and said he didn't care if u  r sick come to work any way.. it is out of line if u ask me.. told employee to shut up he was talking. u can respond when I am done... what a jerk.  like say more. but ..   llllllllmmmmmmmmmmmm
