So I worked at the Kroger by my college during the second semester last year while I was in the dorms. Summer was approaching so everyone signed a paper saying if they wanted to return next year or not. I signed it saying I wanted to. it was about 3 weeks before school starts this year so I called asking what to do to get my job back and they said to fill out an application which I did. Then I called back and they said they wanted to set up an interview the next day when I'm not there because I live in another state for the summer which my application clearly said and the lady knew so she said they couldn't rehire me which the application says I can't start till the 18. So there not giving my job back is this right to do or should I fight it? I'm extremely angry about it!
