How do I get promoted in the meat department?

Well what are you right now? Department manager, assistant manager, seafood lead, cutter, clerk, are you even IN the meat department? Good God would you please give us SOME details before you ask such a broad question?

You didn't ask how to get a raise, you asked how to get promoted.

How to get a raise is to wait for your number of hours to be enough to get the next 10 cent raise in ExpressHR...

Ask to be signed up for a cutting class. Become a cutter. I did. Good pay and cutting is the easiest job in the department by far.
