i do.
she's only been around for a few weeks and she's been trying to boss people around.
She's a bagger. Trying to boss cashiers and other baggers around.
1.) She told the manager she can't do lot cause it makes her not able to breath.
2) She will only bag certain peoples stuff. Won't move from them either.
3) The other day I was bagging a $500 order while she was helping another bagger with a $60 order. After I finished 70% of it she asked if I wanted help. I looked at her like a dumbass, and the other bagger as well and said "No."
4) There was no tag on a thing of meat so the cashier asked to get the weight tag from meat department. She saw no one in meat department (probably in the backroom) stood there for a few mins.. came back and said "I cant, you do it" the cashier had to turn off her light and do it herself.
5) Cashier was going on break and I was bagging with her, she told the cashier to stay and help bag the order instead of going on break. Don't need 3 people to bag one order.
It's too bad no one gets fired here. We already have no help and no way they will fire her.
There's this one bagger who just talks my ear off.
Not the customer's ear off, mind you. Mine. Just goes on and on about everything. When they're getting off, when they're getting a break or a lunch, asking me whether I like my second job, when I'm going home, how hungry or thirsty they are, etc. Meanwhile I'm trying to engage with customers, or at least get the basic info exchange done. Erg. Nice person and all, but I'm not at the register when its busy just to chat with coworkers. That's a thing to do in down time, or between orders.

Cashiers are ABOVE baggers. THEY tell baggers what to do (within reason and POLITELY, baggers DO NOT give instruction to cashiers)
baggers DO NOT schedule breaks or tell a cashier to wait or go on a break.
Baggers do NOT tell a cashier to get a price check themselves. It's reverse.
good luck with that one. Next time she tries to boss you around, tell her she's NOT your supervisor and you do NOT have to do ANYTHING she says

she's only told me to do something once so far, she asked to switch lanes (again she only likes bagging for certain people). I said nah i'm fine here.
she's not a high schooler either so you would think she would know better
New girl in the deli... she's as slow as hell and gets mad if you tell her what to do. If you're closing with her, forget about getting anything done in a timely manner. If you try to direct her, even nicely, she'll yell at you about being "bossy" and then do her own thing. She chats with customers a LOT. She jabbers at one customer for around 5-10 minutes after they're finished ordering. She won't give them their meat until she's said what she has to say. The customers who she's chatting with seem to like her, but it's not social hour.
And of course, she's super quick to complain about and criticize everyone else.

Not really. Management makes out a moronic parking lot schedule and the courtesy clerks have no choice but to follow it.
Both in and out of session, I have had:
- Schedule to clock in at 6:15, parking lot from 6-7 - Schedule to go home at night at 10:15, parking lot has to be cleared (and has a normal time of 10-11) - Schedule for two straight hours in the parking lot in summer (with temperatures in the high 90s the entire day) - A six-hour shift with four hours of that in the parking lot
The FES in the morning just don't give a rat's ass, it's like they use a computer program to randomly choose who does what and when.
My list of people that I want to throat punch grows each day....the floor supervisor who does NOTHING but flip his badge around his finger, look at his cell phone while on the floor, take his best friends upstairs to the manager's offices to chat, and walk around the floor with his best friends.
Is she on probationary period? Try to get a friend or two to write a rude comment about her on an OSAT survey and she'll be gone faster than pizza rolls at a pot party.

What part of "clear the lot" and "off at 10:15 p.m." did you miss? Our store is far too high volume for that crap to happen. I made sure management knew that night and I clocked out at 10:20. Any carts left oh well. Not my fault the persons making out the schedule are idiots.
