You need to check out the videos on you tube. It includes training videos as well as hilarious videos about the crazy things that happen at Krogers as well as other retail stores. They are made by present and former cashiers.

There are some training videos, like cashier training and general training. Then there are funny ones about crazy customers. Some of these customers are rude or they think they're funny. One thing I didn't see was people on cell phones.

I think the video was for a TV show.  Please again.  It is funny if you can keep up with the translation.  Yes, I had to watch twice because it was too quick.
