I swear, there's an assistant customer service manager at work who hates me. She ALWAYS yells at me for wearing a sweater. She only singles me out, never anybody else. She'll tell me "You're not allowed to wear that inside." with such a bitchy attitude. But yet, there's cashiers and other baggers wearing sweaters! I think she's showing favoritism and that's not right. If it continues, I will be bringing it up to a store manager because I'm sick & tired of it. If everybody else gets to wear a sweater, I should be able to as well. She's just a bitch all around, but this makes her even more of a bitch to me. I mean, it's getting colder & colder outside and I want to stay warm. I'm not gonna stand in front of the door and freeze. This just pisses me off to no end. It's not fair to me. I mean, my sweater is never zipped up or covering my name tag so I don't see what the big deal is.

You're going to say what exactly to management? Would you also go in front of a judge and say "if everybody else gets to speed I should be able to as well. Why did the coo just pull me over and give me a ticket?"
I have identified three problems here you feel you should wear your sweater because everyone else does, I just covered that. Next, you don't lie the manager being a bitch to you. Tough suck it up. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you have a little bit of a bitchy attitude (I get a preview if it in your post), the manager gets a whiff if it and gives you more if an attitude. The third problem is generational that I've seen lately. People did a horrible job of disciplining kids over the years. little Susie could do no wrong, now she's a teenager has a part time job and now is societies problem. She/he is not used to having an authority figure, so you get an attitude, eye rolls... "Who is person who thinks they can tell ME what to do?" They're, your manager! Now shut your mouth, drop the attitude and do your job! "If I want to wear my sweater, I should be able to! Who's this person to tell me I can't? Who is she to tell me what to do? Who us SHE to be a bitch to ME!?! This just pusses me off to no end." Am I getting this right?
