Am I the only one who has issues with the time clock? I put my log in information into the machine and follow the directions to put my index finger on the spot. The machine beeps back at me ,telling me my id cannot be verified. What am I doing wrong?
I used to have that problem constantly I was finally able to get a bypass code from our time/attendant person now I no long have to use the fingerprint scanner(use to take 8 tries before it would read my print)
Talk to your time & attendant person have them try redoing your print , if that doesn't fix it ask for a bypass.
I was also one of those who's fingerprint just wouldn't take. I was given a bypass code. It was funny when people would notice I did it that way and be like "wait why are you doing it like that". Even some of the people who ran the front didn't know I had to do it like that. One was clocking me in one day because I was working the shift for another bagger, i started to do it and she was like "Your suppose to use your finger" lol. I had been there for quite some time too when this happened. So she should have known that I knew what I was doing.
