According to Kroger's files that I can personally access on my own, I was supposed to get a review at the end of my probation. It never happened. Not that I can recall at least. I got written up over the summer for allegedly yelling at a supervisor (refused to sign it, too...), but no review. Of course, I'm Front End, and Kroger - mine at least - is so desperate to keep Front End employees that unless I do something drastic like set the store on fire or assault a customer I probably won't be let go. Even then they'd probably just put it out with an extinguisher and write me up.
I never got a review, BUT they decided to keep me in the departments while sending my co-worker (roughly same hire date as I) to the front end... so I guess in a way that's my "evaluation".
looks as I am staying in the department I was hired for...produce. management did move out a produce associate to grocery department so that gave me more hours. so guess that's my payraise and elvauation ,,,,,,, thanks for your input
