What you're really saying is you've missed a couple days recently and you want to know if you can stay out late New Year's Eve and not show up for work the next day and have it not count against just because it's a new year, right? The answer is no.

I have to work 7:45 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.

I sure hope everyone stays home with a hangover or watches football.
Probably so at our store,seemed the entire damn town came tonight.
We couldn't keep carts in the main store foyer AT ALL.

AS USUAL it took a member of upper management to find out it was empty before we ended up getting help.

My contract says they can't count any write up after 6 months, it goes away and you start over.
