So all our employee discounts stopped working today (mid atlantic). Management says they don't know why, but we're not allowed to override or anything. Any idea if it's a New Years glitch, or something more ominous? Thanks
If it was just you, i was going to ask if you have applied for a 1-2-3 rewards visa. When I got mine, my discount was taken off until i called someone and she had to link them together.
Update: it's some kind of glitch in the system, across at least our district, and is still ongoing :( had to spend .67 more on lunch today lol. but they are aware of it and working on it.
