Yesterday at work I found out that our Front End manager filed a grievance against a new guy in the deli because he doesn't work any late shifts. Main reason he doesn't is because of his availability. For crying our loud neither me or the asst. deli manager work too many late shifts but the new guy got filed against. Main reason I get mostly all day shifts is because most of the people hired anymore have limited availability and I'm usually the only one available during the day. The new guy works in the deli and in NO WAY affects her but she's being a total bitch over this.
She's a nosy bitch. But since I posted this I found out that Karma is biting her butt. She fell down the steps at work today, and sh'es got some corporate people in ripping her a new one because she sucks at making schedules.
We have one FEM... she's not that bad of a gal, really, but I think she's so used to just barking nonsense at baggers that when she has to approach someone like me, who doesn't take any guff from anyone, she actually has to backpedal a little bit.
