Who here has signed up for the Merrill Lynch 401(K) plan through Kroger?
Just wondering because I am having a bit of an issue.
I signed up for it nearly a month ago. Had my account set up to where it would take so much out of my check weekly. After two weeks, it still said I had $0 in my savings plan.
So I figured maybe a bank account was required. Got myself a bank account; but nowhere from what I can see on the Merrill Lynch website does it say to add a bank account.
So yeah, confused here. Did I do something wrong in the signup process or did I completely miss something?
I got a notification in the mail saying I was accepted but still, no money has shown up in my savings plan.
Yet, on my paycheck stub online via Kroger, it says $5 was taken for my 401(K). What's the deal?
