Just got back from Kroger and the FEM walked out yesterday. So let's see.....in one month the deli girl walked out, the SRS walked out, I walked out, and I'm sure there are more to come. I guess the gossip is true, they are trying to run off the employees with seniority and whose skin color isn't the right shade. We've all watched it evolve over the last year.
It's funny, one of the older cashiers was begging me to come back to work. She said go talk to the store manager, he would hire me back. Well duh, the store is full of new hires and some positions are still vacant.

Nothing will the stop people from leaving this company. Everyone on this forum sees it on a daily basis. They show no respect to their employees, low wage with no real increases, many will leave after dealing with this company and its "policies"
