When will I get pay increase???

if you just got one.. then 5 months from now.

its different for every division but since you just got one then i think it means 20 weeks from now.

some do months, some do weeks.

but generally its every 6 months

They are only 10 cent raises. Part timers get screwed more than full timers though, however, once a full timer tops out, it's once a year instead

It all depends on the state. You're in a state with a crappy minimum wage, Anon. In Ohio, minimum wage is now $8.10. I only make $8.45 after 3 years, because every time minimum wage goes up, they aren't giving out raises to compensate for it.
