Has anybody had this problem......Insurance began coming out of my paycheck but have not received insurance card or info and no one at store levels knows anything about it. called union and they don't seem either. who I call now? Help
this is happening to me also. but i finally received my insurance card after a month but no prescription card yet.. seems kinda USELESS without one..
when we called the first time the guy told me that i wasn't in the system(??? ive been paying since dec) and then that they have to make SURE i'm getting 30 hrs or more each week and they count it every month. I'm only guaranteed 18 at my store and i'm open availability so how is that my fault if i don't make 30 hours...
and then the second time they were like well..maybe youll get your prescription card in feb... .. thanks.
The Atlanta Division only issues our cards if there was a major change in the copay/annual maximum.
We received new dental cards because the maximum was increased from 2500 to 3000. No change to medical except no more spouse coverage, so no new card is needed.
