Hi, I need a reference letter for scholarships in the next few weeks and I was wondering who I should ask about that. Does it matter or am I supposed to ask a store manager? I was thinking it'd be better to ask my assistant dept manager or my dept manager since they actually see me work a lot more. I like my assistant dept manager best so that'd be my first choice.
