i work at murrays cheese and we have olive bars/ salsa bars to fill now at night because theres 1 morning person. The morning person is a b***h and shes head of the cheese hole. not any manger or higher up just in charge or the cheese shop. shes told me and other worker, "start to fill the bars at night or I wouldnt have to write anyone up for this". My co worker told me thers nothing in our contract when we were hired that says how much work to get done. Aslo calling my union about this, I have no time on sundays because its just only me literaly no body else works on sundays
If she's not a manager or haven't been given the authority to write people up, then she can NOT write ANYBODY up. HOWEVER..... If she's in 'good' with the management and has them on her side she can and will try to get write ups issued, especially if she's a bitch. I've seen it done at out store. We have 2 moles at our store. They are easy to get along with IF you don't piss them off. Management and them are pretty much "allies"
