I will have my 30 days in tomorrow I work at the service desk. I'm just not remembering 'everything' that goes with the position One of the head clerks said my probation has been extended another thirty days. What happens if I still can't get it ? I don't want to get tired but I' m a 'mature' worker and learning all of the MANY, MANY things that need to be done at the service desk. I'm worried about getting fired. Any suggestions....

Are you in the union? I would check into that extended probation. That just seems wrong. You might try checking the employee handbook. I don't like the idea of a "head clerk" making decisions like that. Seems it should be a union contract or management decision.
all that will happens is you won't be at the desk any more. did they send you to the money services class like they were supposed to? did you do your check cashing & AML computer training?
if there's a specific area you need help with you can ask questions here. They tried to drown me at the desk with no training. I almost quit over that experience.
