i mean not all the time...but just like for the summer (i am in school so now that its summer i have more time to work). are they cool with it if you just change your availability whenever?? i told my schedule writer about me changing it and she acted kinda mad but idk
Some divisions allow you to do it whenever, some restrict how often you can. If your schedule writer didn't say you can't, I think we know how it works in yours.
Certain divisions allow it, I pretty sure it also depends on whether you want more or less hours, but as any other decision in Kroger, it all depends on your managers
It ATL division you can only change every six months.
That doesn't mean some people don't push it and want to change availability like most people change underwear but that's why we can say "no" in the system and give a reason like understaffing.
If you want to open your availability in summer, they may not mind. We encourage our good students to open their availabilities during their summer and winter breaks to give them more hours.
You don't have to require an availability change as permanent but to have a start and end date.
