So for michigan,  minimum wage has increased to 8.15 so far. Going up the 9.25 in 2018. How are my yearly wage increases gonna be affected. My year mark was in December which I did receive a 10 cent raise but I'm not sure what to expect for the coming years. Anyone know for sure? Been with kroger a year and a half

Nobody knows for sure. Some have been shafted by minimum wage increases, some have benefited.

Is your union worth a shlt? That's the difference really between getting an actual raise WITH the minimum increase, and *just* getting bumped up to the new minimum.
